The white man argued further that if the chair is activated again I may die and I was consequently removed and taken back into the cell.
On Monday at around 9.00 Am I was again returned into the interrogation room the white man told me that they would analyze my fingerprints to determine whether I have ever been involved in any bombings.
The head hood was placed on my head again I was given back my mobile phone they then forced me into a car which was a peugeot from the way it sounded,I was driven for approximately 15 minutes on a smooth road with many corners and the vehicle suddenly slowed down and the head hood was removed I was unhand cuffed then I was pushed out of the car.
My last journey with them I had been placed next to the door.
After falling on the tarmac I had been abandoned at a deserted road around jomo kenyatta International Airport Nairobi.

I found the exact number of officers still waiting and was made to sit at the exact seat I had sat on earlier the white officer seated on my right hand now had a khaki envelope that seemed to contained ducuments. I could see the papers were printed and I refused to sign.
Having refused to sign the same one of the African officers was sent outside and came back with ametallic chair that was aluminum in color and had custome made cables protruding from beneath.
My handcuffs were removed and I was forced to sit on this chair.
The chair had been placed next to the computer and connections had been made thereon.
My hands,legs and upper torso were fastened on the said seat using belts that were attached on the seat.
All along all these ten people were not talking either amongst themselves or with me.
A round metallic headgear with cables running to the computer was placed on my head with whitish stickers pasted allover my head with wires running back into the computer.
At this juncture one of the officers placed the bunch of papers before me and said I indicate my willingness to sign before they remove me on that chair, I again refused prompting one white officer to switch on at the computer and I felt a lot of current running into me allover my body into my head thereby causing me the most excruciating pain since I was born.
I was again requested to sign but upon refusing the machine was now activated once more driving currents through my body and causing me to loose consciousness up to 9.00 pm.
At 9.00 pm I regained consciousness and found myself in the cell and was collected and taken back into this interrogation room was now asked to sign the papers of which I refused.
I was thereby placed on the seat again but one white officer said that” this man is not involved” the African officer insisted that this man was involved and that was why he arrested me and that I had a case to answer.

The car came to a stop I was taken out by 5 captors and was taken up some stairs while still hooded.
I was taken straight into a tiny 7/6 windowless cell that dint have lights the walls were blackish in color and the door was metallic I remained there for approximately 20 minutes after which they came for me.
My head was again hooded I was all long in handcuffs and after going up some stairs the head hood removed and I found my self in a sort of board room in the presence of 8 white men whose accent was American and two Kenyans part of my captors.
All these ten persons were in civilian clothes and were seated in a long board room table mahogany in color while the seats were orange in color there was a single computer at the edge of the board room table. The walls to this room was painted gray and there were no hangings except a huge wall clock from which I could tell it was 6.00 Am in the morning.
I was offered a seat while still in handcuffs in between two white men on of whom was speaking in broken Kiswahili and he told me that I was an al-Qaeda terrorist group member and that my finger prints had been found all over the paradise hotel kikambala.
I stronly refuted his allegation while he continued insisting, I told him if that is so then I should taken to a court of law.
He said if I wanted to be taken to a court I should be ready to sign some papers of which I said I shall never sign any papers.
Having said so one white officer seated on my left grabbed me by my neck and banged my head on the table, the one seated on my right told me that they had in custody three of my accomplices that had implicated me.
I told them to bring them so that they may repeat their allegations in my presence.
They removed the handcuffs and forcefully took my fingerprints on a similar paper as described earlier.
They took close up photos of my face from all angles using a zoom canon camera.
I was thereafter returned into the cell where I remained till mid-day when I was collected there from back to the boardroom.

Muhammed Ahmed Surur age 38 am born Kenyan coast Mombasa.
31 may 2003 I went for prayers at may local mosque situate along Biashara street up to 8.30 PM and while leaving I saw white car parked along the road. I was walking past the car a loudly sound called out my names to my surprise I dont know them. He asked me to board his car and while refusing as he was a stranger his colleagues jumped out and by now he had drawn a pistol with his colleagues equally drawing pistols.
They caught me and hand cuffed me and I was forced between two other people in the rear seat of the said car.
My head was covered with a black hood.
I was driven for duration fifteen minutes when the vehicle came to halt; I believe this might have been within Nyali Mombasa. The hood was removed and I was led into a residential house where handcuffs were removed and fingerprints forcefully taken on a plain A3 form by now I was in the presence of 5 civilian officers all conversing Kiswahili but they had not identified themselves to me or indulged me into any discussion.
I was then handcuffed again and locked up in a tiny empty room after one hour I was taken out and asked by one of them to relieve myself in toilet as I had a long journey where there shall be no stop over.
As soon as I entered the toilet I took out my mobile phone, which they had forgotten to take and called my wife, and while talking to my wife the realized, stormed in subjected me to beatings by blows and fists and took the mobile.
I was hand cuffed again and locked up in the room for more two hours after which I was removed and my head covered with the black hood.
I was forced into a boot of a vehicle that I believe was a 4/4 owing to the space I had and by now my captors were conversing in Kikuyu I was driven at a very speed for close to 6 hours when I realized the vehicle taking a steep descent which I presume to have been a basement of sort.
The car came to a stop I was taken out by the 5 captors. Next page 2
